Wall Street to Open Lower

Market Recap:
Stocks today headed for lower open following heavy sell offs on Asian and European exchanges.

Sears Holdings Corp. reported that its CEO, Aylwin Lewis, will resign from the department store chain on February 2nd.

Countrywide Financial Corp Chairman and chief executive Angelo Mozilo is to forfeit $37.5 million in pay and benefits.
