This is a feature in windows XP for tablet PC’s–It makes sense how? Well you can use a tablet horizontally of vertically right?
The problem with big companies is that they all try to copy each other without actually thinking things through and thats exactly what Intel did–copied the key strokes for the same feature in their video card drivers. Thats why you’ll find that Some video cards support the rotation of the image on your computer screen and others dont.
Who would use this feature you ask? Web designers and artists would use this feature on PC’s for example to check long pages. But web designers represent only 1% of all PC users–go figure (Stupid windows features). Why did Microsoft or Intel put a menu option to disable it and have it disabled by default
